These smoothies are incredibly delicious! So fresh, and the flavors are amazing... You really can't go wrong with any of them. Most don't need anything other than water mixed in, but you can also add plant milk, protein powder or other things to pack an extra punch. I also love the convenience of the packaging and how they are lovingly prepared. I can just thaw one out for a few minutes when I'm ready to enjoy, and I can save the rest in the freezer for whenever I'm ready to enjoy. They can be a healthy breakfast, a midday pick-me-up, or even an afternoon sweet treat. Such a game changer to jump start a detox as well.
